What Happens to My Gift Voucher If I Don't Show Up?

If you book a hot air balloon flight using a gift voucher and fail to show up, the voucher will be marked as used — unless your absence was properly communicated and the flight was cancelled due to bad weather.

Key Conditions:

• If your balloon flight takes place and you do not arrive, the voucher is considered redeemed.

• If your flight was cancelled due to poor weather conditions, and you did not attend, we will reschedule your flight at no extra cost.

• If your voucher was purchased via a gift envelope, the payment is non-refundable in case of a no-show.

Please inform us of any changes or cancellations at least 24 hours in advance. This helps us plan and offer your seat to someone else.
